Simpsons, The

Go Simphonic with the Simpsons (1999)

Basically more like the Songs in the Key of Springfield. This CD has even more tracks of music from the series. 53 (!) on this disc. Again, far too much stuff to detail here, but if you get Songs in the Key, you should get this one, too.

The Yellow Album (1998)

This album was apparently recorded several years before it was released. I believe it was recorded not long after the original album, as this too was an album of "original" material that didn't appear on the TV show (I believe the last track did, though). This wasn't solely blues based like the original was. I only listened to this a few times - I never really got into it. I think I enjoyed the CD's full of music from the show better than full length original songs.

Songs in the Key of Springfield (1997)

This album is a compilation of songs written for the Simpsons TV show. There's a total of 39 tracks on here (mostly because so many of them are really short pieces). There's WAY too many things here to list by name, but if you love the Simpsons, this is a good way to get some laughs in the car.

The Simpsons Sing the Blues (1990)

This album came out at the height of Simpsons mania in 1990. It's an album of original (well, some songs are covers of old stuff) blues music and songs not from the TV series. The single "Do the Bartman" is from here, as is "Deep Deep Trouble". However, my favorite song here is Mr. Burns singing "Look at all those Idiots".
